The Overseas Investor Ltd is a British company offering clients an independent Investment Property Consulting Service. The Overseas Investor was founded in 2006 by Roy Weatherby. This follows 20 years working in the financial services managing client’s pensions and investment portfolios. In addition, over the previous ten years having a personal interest in the property market, starting with a strategy involving the UK buy to let market. This followed by conducting heavy research into the Overseas property market through our associate company “Cyprus-escapes” which evolved into a merging strategy where a combination of ownership regarding off plan buy to let and buy to sell properties in both the UK and Overseas markets which has substantially increased into a healthy investment portfolio.

The purpose of the company is to offer clients an alternative to pensions and share investment and to help them generate wealth through UK and Overseas property investment.

Based in the North West, the company has developed strong relationships with a number of developers and associates throughout the UK and Overseas and is able to offer unsurpassable investment opportunities along with creative ways of structuring deals so that only minimal investment is required from clients.

Working with selected developers and associates, being independent ensures an unbiased approach. For those clients who require this type of service and selection we can undertake all the work involved in creating and managing your multi million pound portfolio.

It is important to us that for our clients every part of the process of buying through The Overseas Investor should be transparent, straightforward and easy to understand.
