In order to apply for the Grenada Citizenship by Investment program you have to either;

  1. make a contribution to the National Transformation Fund (NTF) starting at $150,000 for a single applicant and $200,000 for more than 1 person
  2. make an investment of at least $220,000 in a government approved project. The property must also be held for a minimum of 5 years. Government fees and Due Diligence fees apply for the real estate option

About Grenada

Grenada is made up of 7 islands with a population of 107,825 (2017). The total area is 344 square kilometres and is the southernmost of the Eastern Caribbean States.
