  • Student rooms that are in demand (always check occupancy rates).
  • Location – check the distance from the University to the accommodation and travel time.
  • Walking distances and transportation.
  • Size of rooms, where they feel comfortable with good Wi-Fi connectivity, en suite facilities and space to study.
