Once you have decided upon your location and potential style type we can offer you the opportunity to view your chosen properties on a 3-4 day inspection tour.

You choose what you want to see and when you want to see it. You make the travel options. We make your dreams come true. We will assist you in making your flight arrangements and then will arrange all aspects of your trip at your convenience, from collecting you from the airport, taking you to our all-inclusive accommodation, viewing of the properties you choose and then back to the airport. If you do decide to purchase through us we will fully reimburse the cost of your flights.

OR Pay the £2,000 reservation fee of your chosen unit & have a 5* all-inclusive one week trial to experience this exotic location – if you do not sign up to purchase we will refund you the deposit less £500 per person covering our expenses.

Reservation Process in Simple Terms

  1. Once you have agreed to purchase we require the reservation form to be fully completed.
  1. A copy of your photo ID and proof of address such as a utility bill dated within 3 months is required (Mobile phone bills are not suitable).
  1. A reservation fee of €2,000 on full ownership, at the point of sale to hold the property and take it off the market.
  1. Go to contract.

Payment Options

100% Deposit, less reservation fee

45% Deposit, less reservation fee then 55% on completion
